N1-Methylpseudouridine-5'-Triphosphate (N1MePsU) is a modified NTP for incorporation into messenger RNAs (mRNA) using an enzyme such as T7 RNA Polymerase.
Modified uridines, including N1-methylpseudouridine, 5-methoxyuridine, and pseudouridine, have been shown to reduce unwanted immunogenic responses and enhance the translational efficiency of mRNAs.
