This shipping contract refers to the agreement under which the carrier (we) collects freight and is responsible for transporting the goods by sea, air, or other modes from the port/place of shipment to the agreed destination, with the shipper (customer) paying the freight.

2. Freight Calculation

Freight is calculated based on the weight, volume, destination, and shipping method of the goods, as displayed on the checkout page.

3. General Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (excluding customs clearance).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (excluding customs clearance).

4. Shipments

Our goods will be shipped from the US warehouse.

5. Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 2 business days (available items) after payment confirmation.

6. Package Tracking

A tracking number will be provided for all orders and can be checked on our website or third-party logistics platforms.

7. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, customs inspections, strikes).

8. Returns

9. Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to direct losses and shall not exceed the actual value of the goods. Indirect losses (e.g., loss of profits) are not compensable.

10. Governing Law

The interpretation, validity, and resolution of disputes under this policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States (excluding its conflict of laws principles). Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in California.
