HiXCap™ E1 is a chemically modified cap analogue that is incorporated into mRNA through co-transcription to ensure that the 5' end of the mRNA forms the correct cap structure, which is a necessary condition for ribosome recognition and translation initiation. Its molecular formula is m7G(5')pppA(2'O-Et)pG.

Applications
Significantly enhance the translation efficiency of mRNA.
It can resist degradation by nucleases, prolong the half-life and stability of mRNA within the cell, thereby increasing the protein expression level. The research data indicate that mRNA containing the HiXCapTM designs can improve translation under conditions of immune stress.
