Details

Uridine 5’-triphosphate (UTP) is to RNA synthesis and serves as a precursor for a variety of nucleotide-sugar derivatives used in glycosylation pathways.

This 100 mM trisodium salt solution provides UTP in a highly soluble, ready-to-use form suitable for both routine laboratory applications and high-consistency manufacturing environments.

Applications

Reference Standards & Controls

Serves as a quantitative standard for HPLC, LC–MS, enzyme kinetics, and calibration of nucleotide quantification assays.

Trascription & RNA Synthesis

In vitro transcription for synthesis of mRNA, sgRNA, ribozymes, and structured RNAs.

Cell Signaling & Receptor Biology

Purinergic signaling studies involving UTP-responsive P2Y receptors.[1][2]

Features and Benefits

High purity(≥99%), nuclease-free, and Ultra-low endotoxin: suitable for sensitive biochemical assays.
Ready-to-use: 100 mM solution eliminates the need for weighing and dissolution.
Stable disodium salt form: ensures consistent pH and long-term storage.
