EGFP mRNA is a chemically modified messenger RNA molecule capable of expressing enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP), and is mainly used for gene expression detection, transfection efficiency evaluation, and protein localization tracking in biomedical research. Through optimization of co-transcription with cap addition, it has high translation efficiency and stability, and is suitable for experiments in cells. This product effectively reduces the immunogenicity of mRNA expression in mammalian cless and enhances the stablility of mRNA by N1-Me-pseudo U modifications.
