5-methoxy-uridine-5’-triphosphate (5moUTP) is a chemically modified uridine nucleotide designed for enzymatic incorporation into RNA during IVT using RNA polymerases such as T7 RNA polymerase.
RNAs containing 5moU have been shown to exhibit reduced innate immune activation and altered translational properties compared with unmodified uridine.
The 100 mM disodium salt solution provides 5moU in a highly soluble, ready-to-use form suitable for both routine laboratory applications and high-consistency manufacturing environments.
