N1-methyl-pseudouridine-5’-triphosphate (m1ΨTP) is a chemically modified uridine nucleotide designed for enzymatic incorporation into RNA during IVT using RNA polymerases such as T7 RNA polymerase.

m1ΨTP is an N1-methylated derivative of pseudouridine that preserves base-pairing properties while altering innate immune recognition. When substituted for uridine in IVT, m1Ψ reduces activation of innate immune sensors and enhances translational efficiency of the resulting mRNA.

This product is supplied as a 200 mM aqueous solution in the Tris salt form, providing a stable, mildly alkaline environment (typically pH 7.5-8.5) that enhances compatibility with biochemical and enzymatic assays.
