saRNA eGFP is a messenger RNA molecule that combines the self-amplifying RNA (saRNA) technology with the enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP) reporter gene. It is mainly used for gene expression detection, transfection efficiency evaluation, and protein localization tracking in biomedical research. Through optimization of co-transcription with cap addition, it has high translation efficiency and stability, and is suitable for experiments in cells and animals. Compared with linearized mRNA, it can express the target protein for a longer period of time.
