saRNA-FLu is a messenger RNA molecule that combines the self-amplifying RNA (saRNA) technology with the luciferase (Fluc） reporter gene. It is mainly used for gene expression detection, transfection efficiency evaluation, and protein localization tracking in biomedical research. Through optimization of co-transcription with cap addition, it has high translation efficiency and stability, and is suitable for experiments in cells. Compared with mRNA, it can express the target protein for a longer period of time.
Concentration: 1.0 mg/mL
Buffer: 1 mM Sodium Citrate pH 6.4
